Multiple Teams · Men’s Basketball Dominant on Senior Night!

Panther Fieldhouse – Fort Worth, TX

The North Crowley Men’s Basketball Program had Panther Fieldhouse rocking on Friday night with several activities planned.  The Panthers honored their seniors on Friday night in their last home game at Panther Fieldhouse.  They also took the time to honor “The Voice of North Crowley Panther Basketball” Mr. Brian Benton for 15 years of service calling NC Basketball games.  The Panthers also have “school nights” at many of their home games to show off the talented young students in their feeder pattern.  Friday night was scheduled to show off the talents at Sue Crouch Intermediate!  And oh yeah… there was a Dist. 4-6A Basketball game to played in there somewhere as well!

North Crowley 24-6 on the season and now (11-2) in Dist. 4-6A play, needed a focused effort to remain atop the Dist. 4-6A Standings.  Message received… request executed, as the Panthers jumped out to an early 10-0 lead and never looked back en route to a 49-28 victory.  Despite not shooting the ball well from the field, the Panthers defense was dominant throughout the majority of the game.  The Panthers led 14-9 at the end of the 1st quarter and then only gave up 2 points to the Texans in the 2nd quarter as they stretched their lead to 29-11 at the half.

Soph. Grant Sherfield led an extremely balanced scoring attack with 11 points.  Sr. Jordon Myers finished with 7 points and a game high 7 rebounds.  Kalem Hardaway finished with 8 points while leading the Panthers in assists.  Sr. Starters Tre Thomas & & Kevin Ellis both turned in solid performances as well.

The Panthers travel to Mansfield on Tuesday… a win at Mansfield will secure the Panthers a share of the District 4-6A Title.

Kalem Hardaway gets fouled and to the line for 2 of his 8 points on the night!

The North Crowley Men’s Basketball Program is very proud of the following seniors & thank them for their commitment to the program!
